This is the busiest time of year for our licensed product design business and we’re literally working day and night on new collections for two new amazing partners but all work and no play makes for a cranky Christa so I took a few hours off and headed to Marshall’s Home Goods. My intention was to pick up some mongolian wool pillows for a client’s daughter’s playroom and I decided to pick up a few for myself, which I threw on my cream living room couches to add a little texture, glam and contrast to the colorful Trina Turks…
I also found this fabulous Nicole Miller lacquer box and for $16, I couldn’t resist…
I brightened up my kitchen banquette with 2 flowered and 2 apricot pillows…
And created a new centerpiece with a blinged out bunny for spring and our favorite banagrams game in an apothecary jar…
I especially love this bee broach I found…
I also found the Greek key tray below for next to nothing, also just $16, and it’s ideal to put underneath an orchid…
And I can never resist a stroll down the shoe aisle, where I fell head over heels for these BCBGs, just $39…
Although I picked up just a few things, it was a breath of fresh air for my home and a great way to brighten a couple of rooms for next to nothing.
